Shipping Policy

Shipping within NewZealand

Shipping of prints and non-framed, non-canvas original artworks will be shipped by courier free of charge throughout New Zealand. Framed or canvas artwork will incur a shipping fee based on size and weight.

International shipping

Any prints or original artworks to be shipped overseas will be shipped by courier but will be an added charge to the original cost of the work. This will be calculated by size and weight. Any duties, fees, or taxes added by customs to receive the artwork is at the buyers cost.

Once you have placed your order with me I will send you the tracking number and estimated time of delivery.

Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me and I can arrange a refund.

I will happily refund your purchase as long as the artwork is returned in an acceptable condition. This means that the artwork must not be damaged, marked, or altered in any way. Care must be taken to package the artwork when returning it so that damage is avoided. You, the customer, will be responsible for the payment of shipping the artwork back to me.

Please return the artwork within 30 days of purchase for your refund.

I will pay for the shipment of any replacement prints to you if a replacement is warranted.

Original artwork cannot be replaced and so a refund (if needed) will need to be negotiated.
